About Us
Tricia Vivlamore is the founder of Roots & Branches Wellness and Reiki and The Sanctuary. She is RYT-200 with certifications in yoga for anxiety, somatic healing and trauma-based yoga. She is a Holy Fire®III Usui Reiki Master. She has been a registered nurse for 30 years and has served this community as a nationally certified nurse practitioner for 18 years.
Dr. Cheyenne Higgins, PT, DPT, CSCS holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University. She is a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a certified Doula.
She focuses on one-on-one, personalized care; treating orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, and walking alongside them in all seasons of health and wellness.
Jack Dodds is RYT-200 certified with training in yin, meditation, and yoga for athletes through Yoga Medicine. He enjoys applying anatomical concepts to get the most out of a practice for body and mind. Jack is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment where anyone can explore their practice, deepen their connection to themselves, and carry yoga's benefits beyond the mat.
Jack teaches Yin classes on varying days of the week.
Cathy Smith is a lifelong yogi that was called to teach in 2019. She has training in Silver Sneakers Yoga/ Chair Yoga, Yoga of 12 Step Recovery Leadership, Yin and Yoga Nidra, and she received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher certificate in 2020. As a former prison counselor, she learned that we are more alike than different.
"I love the look on participants faces when they finish Yoga Nidra!"-Cathy. Cathy teaches Tuesdays at 9 am.
Lisa McMahon a Certified Meditation Practitioner (50 Hour CMT) and she is also a Holy Fire III Usui Reiki Master. After many years of contemplative, mindfulness and meditation practices she has felt the call to share the wisdom gained from these methods through offering guided meditation classes.

Suzanne Maniccia (Sacred Strength, LLC ) is a dynamic and passionate instructor specializing in Mat Pilates, Pilates/Barre, Human Reformer, Yoga Sculpt/Core and Strength Training.
She brings positivity and a genuine love of movement to the classes she teaches, creating an uplifting environment where clients of all levels feel supported and empowered.
Suzanne blends strength, balance, and mindful movements to encourage and help clients build confidence, improve mobility and feel their absolute best- inside and out.
Her classes are more than just a workout, they’re an experience designed to energize, empower and inspire lasting transformation.
